bazovye tekhnologii (basic technologies in russian) is an innovative r&d company based in moscow, russia. we focus on research and development in semiconductor electronics and radio engineering. we design and develop: - radio frequency microelectromechanical (rf mems) switches, varactors, tunable capacitors; - rf mems based microwave devices: tunable filters, phase shifters, antenna systems. our team comprises experienced engineers and researchers holding degrees from leading technical universities in russia: lomonosov moscow university, moscow institute of physics and technology, national research nuclear university. we design microwave devices using comprehensive numerical modeling and simulations based on mechanical, thermal and electromagnetic analysis.
