the idea of founding ltd “be pro” (training center) was born in 2013, when we faced the problem of selecting potential employees because of the lack of well qualified professionals. we decided to set up a training center, were would be created simulative environment for workers to develop some special skills by using competence (70%) plus qualification (30%) model. the idea of the training center is to not only train personnel for a specific work, but also create an opportunity to achieve the desired goal with employer. the simulative environment includes: • job interviews for specific work • drawing up a simulative contract of employment • writing cv suited to standards • repeating couple of times all the necessary activities during intensive working hours • evaluating the level of training personnel individually and as a team member, by using effective, goal-oriented system of motivation and evaluation • in addition, lots of other activities which will promote training personnel for
