wat maakt b.a.m trainingen uniek? op het internet zijn vele cursussen en trainingen te vinden voor omgaan met agressie, maar wanneer de agressie omslaat in daadwerkelijk geweld zijn er maar weinig trainingen die je daarop voorbereiden. onze insteek is: 1. het bouwen van zelfvertrouwen aan de cursisten (iemand met vertrouwen in zijn/haar fysieke weerbaarheid zal minder snel slachtoffer worden en verbaal sterker overkomen) 2. het leren omgaan met verbale agressie en het afkoelen van escalerende situaties. 3. het leren zich op een wettelijk gerechtvaardigde manier te verdedigen (om strafrechtelijke vervolging of negatieve publiciteit voor uw bedrijf te voorkomen). de trainingen dragen elementen in zich van weerbaarheidstrainingen, zelfverdedigingstrainingen, agressie trainingen en trainingen voor omgaan met escalerende situaties. het is gedeeltelijk gebaseerd op training voor escalatiemanagement zoals deze bijvoorbeeld bij speciale eenheden van defensie gegeven wordt. onze trainingen word
