we started in 2002 supporting local people within the community of sunderland with their health and well-being using a person-centered approach, helping to reduce social isolation and improve the health and well-being of our local community here in sunderland! we provide respite day opportunities at our social retreat, in a hidden little gem, barley mow park. we also deliver one-to-one services in the comfort of your home, tailored to your individual needs. we engage with the community in outreach sessions: seat to feet, sit ‘n’ b’ fit, exercise, movement, and dance, falls prevention, laughter therapy, walks in the park, tea ‘n’ chat, beauty treatments, reiki, emotional freedom techniques, relaxations, sing a long and art therapy.
