evolution - as defined by merriam-webster, is a process of change in a certain direction. there are many reasons things evolve. mine is simple… my client’s needs have changed. therefore, b-communicated, inc. must change also. but it’s just didn’t change… it has evolved - gone through an evolution. my skills have evolved over time. for the past seven or so years, i have focused on brand marketing strategy while at upstream360 and with p&g beauty. this included social media campaigns, especially analytics/results (brands like covergirl, pantene & olay), and concept development for brand campaigns (febreze, always & swiffer). in the past few months, i became personally trained and certified in social media strategy, content creation, execution & analytics by a global leader in social media training - krista neher. during a 3-day seminar i attended, i fine-tuned the merging of the skills i already had - over 20 years of video production experience (b2b & b2c), with the new social med
