b-intouch is a dutch company that was founded to build and launch the b-intouch platform. it started as an idea about changing the way we manage our contact details and the way we are connected. thinking more about it, and with every step we took, we realised we had an opportunity to start our own company building this platform. the starting point in almost every decission we make in creating this platform has been the question: how do our users stay in control? from our own perspective, we feel the technical evolutions we have been through have taken away some of the control we used to have. this is a logical reaction, we all first have to experience what these new technical solutions will bring us. what we like about them and what doesn’t work at all. having this as a basic philosophy helps us to create an app and website that will enable our users to have the feeling of being in control. the three of us all have differing backgrounds as professionals, we have different interests in
