b&s (beti and shiksha) foundation is a non-profit/non-political organisation which has been playing a catalytic role in economically empowering women since 2008. founded by mrs renu sharma along with many other well-established women entrepreneurs, b&s foundation is based in new delhi and usa with more than 13 years of experience in empowering women. it is the belief of mrs renu sharma - president, b&s foundation, that “small efforts can bring big changes”. the organization has always thrived to promote women economic empowerment and social development, boost rural economy, revival of old handicrafts, textiles and cultural heritage of our country. in the past 13 years, b&s foundation has associated with a large group of women across the nation and helped them by providing trainings, workshops, events (including award ceremonies), seminars for fostering market assistance, upgradation of skills and craftsmanship and financial assistance, working with marginal communities and victims o
