ba2c europe started in 2003 when capgemini ernst & young decided to focus on ict. willem frens left the company and became organizational development specialist/project manager to manage assignments for companies like acn mobile telecommunications, isit and international finance institutes like the european union, ebrd, world bank, interamerican development bank (idb) and agentschapnl. in 2006 ba2c latin america started in guatemala initiated by comape (distributor of quality products from europe). they asked to investigate if comape could improve its efficiency. other latin american companies/organizations like cerveceria centroamericana, normandia lacteo, cooproleche, european embassies and invest in guatemala, leaf international, bayer and henkel became clients as well. in 2008 the focus returned to europe with an organizational development assignment for tnt express. here willem frens was asked to support the integration of the european tnt express activities. other clients are nuo
