babak began his career in 1998 as a self taught guitar maker then continued with the study of santos hernández’s method for flamenco guitar and then studied the method of josé l. romanillos for classical guitar. he often use high quality spruce for the soundboard and rarely work with cedar. the glue that he uses to connect body parts of guitar such as top braces, back braces, soundboard to the ribs and also bridge to the soundboard is hot hide glue. and for connecting the fingerboard to the neck, he uses the epoxy glue. he usually uses carbon fiber as a support to tighten the spanish cedar necks and his finishing technique is french polish. scale length is 650mm. woods that is used for different parts of guitar: soundboards: usually provided from romania, italy and switzerland. necks: honduran mahogany & spanish cedar. fingerboards: indian & african ebony. bracings of guitar body: european spruce. bridge: brazilian & indian rosewoods. -indian rosewoods are from east india.
