at bac, we are in the business of making a difference. we work hard every day to apply years of experience that benefit insureds and insurers with property insurance claim disputes. we are dedicated to giving our clients the best dispute resolution service, with a focus on dependability and customer satisfaction. in 1986, i was a 25-year-old young man that obtained a florida general contracting license. i had no idea that over 30+ years later my mission would be to help property owners navigate the damage estimating process of the insurance industry. my goal, along with my colleagues, is to assist property owners, their families and friends in receiving a fair and equitable claim compensation through appraisal.
