backing badges and bud was an idea that was put into action upon the research conducted by the owner, michelle (guscette) etienne. her adult life has been surrounded by law enforcement. michelle's first husband scott guscette worked in law enforcement from 1995-2001. he succumbed after a courageous battle of a rare fibro sarcoma cancer in january of 2002. shortly after his passing michelle administratively worked for a law enforcement agency for over 18+ years. michelle met her current husband in 2013. he works in law enforcement and has 27+ years of experience. the cannabis industry is exploding, hearing the medicinal relief of patients using cannabis, michelle was inspired to learn more. after learning how cannabis could provide incredible relief for those struggling with cancer, mental health all by a simple plant, michelle then started talking to her law enforcement family and other cannabis industry owners, she quickly discovered that both industries have respect for each
