backpad is a private-owned startup in the mobile gaming industry. currently we are developing our first product, a mobile gaming controller for android, connected over bleutooth. our goal is to increase the mobile gaming experience by creating the best hardware to play with. mostly because playing on a touchscreen does not feel the same way as using a real controller with buttons, but also because we believe mobile gaming is the future of gaming. mainly because gaming should be accesable for everyone, at any time. and also not everyone can afford a high-end gaming pc, but nearly everyone has a smartphone and a wifi connection. we operate from ghent, belgium.
