badkallus was founded in 2012 with the goal of creating practical yet innovative fitness accessories that people love to use. i was trying to come up with a company name and after a tough back workout; i looked down at my hands and remembered how much i love my bad calluses. it proved how hard i worked and how much i have accomplished. sure the ladies didn’t love them, but i did. i wanted that feeling of accomplishment to be felt when the company name was said. and so it was – badkallus was born our flag ship product the dead x deadlift shinguard is just the start with the dead x now deadlifting can become fun. you can improve your form without worrying about scraping your shins or ruining your lifting pants. squats can be made easier with just a little padding and ab rolling is a breeze. during the testing phase i left the pad in the gym and watched how people starting using it. that is how i realized just how multifunctional the deadx really was! once you start using the dead x won’t
