baft and bana has commenced their activities as consulting engineering company. later, the company expanded its operation for the first time and manufactured cement board in iran. the production reached to more than several thousand square meters in a first few years. due to the lack of suitable materials for the facade of buildings, company started to import skk products from japan to iran in 2004. due to quality of our company and our commitment for using skk products, they agreed baft and bana to be skk exclusive agent in iran. to date, nearly one million square meters of skk products have been used in our construction projects. baft and bana also has other activities : *building *consulting and design *production *services .شرکت بافت و بنا در سال ۱۳۷۹ تاسیس و فعالیت خود را در زمینه فناوریهای نوین ساختمانی آغاز نمود skkاین شرکت با هدف توسعه فناوريهاي نوين ساختماني اقدام به دريافت نمايندگي از شركت اس کی کی ژاپن نمود و در سال 1382 موفق به اخذ نمايندگي انحصاري ژاپن در ايران گرد
