shree baidyanath ayurved bhawan pvt. ltd. world’s largest manufacturer of ayurvedic medicine was founded at baidyanath dham in bihar by late vaidya shri ram narayanji sharma in 1917. it was soon shifted to kolkata. the growing popularity and demand of our ayurvedic medicines and distributional problems forced our founder to open manufacturing centres at patna, jhansi and nagpur in the year 1940, 1941 and 1942 respectively. but this expansion did not prove sufficient and a new works came up at naini (allahabad) in 1961 & seoni in 2000. we have 700+ ayurvedic products, 11 well-equipped manufacturing facilities 800 distributors and 60,000 outlets. we publish important and valuable treatises on medical subjects. 72 of such books have already been published. in 2005 “vd. p. ramnarayan sharma institute of ayurved and alternative medicine and research” was established to achieve certain objectives i.e to study basic concepts of ayurved and to do the research in ayurvedic field. this institut
