i set up my own consultancy business in july 2004 as a direct result of requests to provide financial, human resource, health & safety and administrative advice and assistance to various businesses and independent schools that required specialist help. my contracts have been varied and interesting, running from a few days to, in one case, two years; however, they have always been in the ‘trouble shooting’ role that resulted in the successful implementation of new working practices.
