the baja california sur tourism board (fitues) is a by-state body formed by the government of baja california sur and the private sector whose main objective is to promote the destinations and tourist attractions of baja california sur at a national and international level through advertising and marketing strategies. the role played by the state tourism trust in touristic development in the destinations is of great importance. this has been possible thanks to the availability of financial resources that the hotel associations have provided exclusively for the tourist promotion and dissemination of the same.
