i offer consultancy in bakery and food industry investment projects around the baltic sea area. i am a third generation baker and together with my father we have sold a very succesful family business to finland's leading bakery group, fazer bakeries back in 1987. since then i have worked for fazer bakeries ltd in various positions: - as managing director of our sold bakery - as techincal director of fazer bakeries being in charge of various technical investments in sweden and in finland - as production director being in charge of all production and r&d of all fazer bakeries production units in finland - as project manager being in charge of various investment projects in russia, finland and the baltic countries i am offering my services to both bakeries and equipment and process suppliers.
