hello and welcome to my bake angel page. my name is angela and i've been baking for 17 years. i'm a mostly self-taught sugar artist specializing in cookies, sugar flowers, modelled figures and baking and also a bit of a business nerd. i have a few food allergies, the main one being dairy, so i like to experiment in the kitchen and find workarounds for standard recipes. i started teaching decorating classes in 2010 and decided to pivot to making online tutorials in mid-2020 when in-person classes came to a stop. i just love to share all the knowledge that i've picked up over the years to help others become more confident in their decorating and their home baking business and i'm so happy you're here.
