Bakedin

bakedin was founded in 2013 by 3 friends - joe, anna and elaina - and is based in north hampshire. we all shared a love of baking and invented our baking kits which we started out selling at local markets and food festivals in our spare time. the products were phenomenally popular and before we knew it we had our first local stockists and a distribution agreement with cotswold fayre. in june 2015 joe quit his day job as an it manager to run the business full time, gaining the backing of michel roux who now assists with development of all our baking kit recipes. since then the business has gone from strength to strength, with revenue growing by over 500%, 3 great taste awards to our name and our own custom fitted salsa accredited manufacturing facility. we don’t believe in putting any funny business into our products, which is why they will never contain any artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives. we source locally where we can - our flour comes from california farm in berk
