about us balance fitness studio is a fitness studio for women, with women’s needs in mind. we offer year round fitness boot camp (outdoors and in out 2,000 sq. ft studio), personal training, corporate wellness programs, fitness education and adventure retreats. our vision: “a healthier world one woman at a time” our philosophy: balance fitness functions on the philosophy of “whole fitness”, the belief that physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing are intertwines, the weakness of on, weakens them all and the strengthening of one, strengthens them all. balance believes in “fitness for the whole woman”. our mission: with us there is no judgment, and no excuses. our mission is to help you adopt a more healthy and fit lifestyle so you can look good and feel great!
