balance the plate was started in 2018 by navnee garg, a clinical nutritionist who has worked for fortis memorial research institute, gurugram for several years. she has done her masters from symbiosis institute of biomedical sciences, pune. balance the plate is efficiently tackling issues such as weight management, diabetes, thyroid, stress eating, child nutrition, pregnancy and lactation, renal diseases, etc. in the midst of dealing with a ton of health conditions, navnee realized that she could help heal by including natural and locally available food and experimenting with different recipes out of it, balancing the nutrients. navnee works to understand the explicit details of all her clients so as to be able to customize their diets as per their lifestyle & routine. she believes it’s never too early, nor too late to start your fitness journey. her own health mantra is ‘being healthy… isn’t a goal, it is a way of living’.
