balance wellness studio is a wellness cooperative of practitioners offering complimentary & alternative health services with an active studio specializing in small group classes for yoga, stretch, feldenkrais®, & pilates. yoga classes are available 7 days/week with morning, afternoon and evening offerings. no membership is required to attend, pricing is competitive for the area, series discounts are available. we offer at least one donation-based community class each week and co-sponsor a monthly yoga in the park event weather permitting. ten instructors guide us through variations of vinyasa flow, traditional hatha and kripalu styles, yin yoga, meditation, as well as a classical mat pilates, feldenkrais® awareness through movement®, medicine dance, & yamuna® body rolling. we also host special body therapy, fitness, and continuing education workshops throughout the year. our service practitioners include: three massage therapists, one acupuncturist, an esthetician, a reflexologist, a
