balanced body chiropractic offers gentle chiropractic care, including several techniques not involving “popping” or “cracking” which some find uncomfortable. i treat the whole person, which sometimes means coordinating care with my patients’ m.d., resulting in a total health care solution. part of treating the whole person also involves offering nutritional counseling and wellness coaching. of course, the ultimate goal of treatment is not have to see me anymore! but, while you’re being treated, you’ll benefit from an individual plan designed just for you, not for the masses. i also offer acupuncture services. while many people choose acupuncture to relieve headaches, neck and back pain, i have had success treating other issues like sinus problems or insomnia. i have taken over 100 hours of training in acupuncture from the international academy of medical acupuncture and have found it to be a powerful treatment method either by itself or in conjunction with chiropractic care.
