balanced energy, llc. is a domestic exploration and production limited liability company based in southlake, texas. we focus on developing and operating shallow, high quality prospects in the onshore market. we strive to build a portfolio that is “balanced” in oil & gas production, development and exploration. the company drilled its first well in december of 2010. to date we have drilled 47 wells with 31 wells producing or in the process of completion and 16 dry, plugged or converted saltwater disposal wells. the company has amassed +/- 9,000 gross acres in coleman, concho, menard and runnels counties. we continue to evaluate and lease drilling prospects in these areas. these activities will expand our leasehold and production positions in 2015.
