balanced life association provides clarity and shifts focus to what you want, why you want it, and how you will achieve it. through my coaching programs, you will transform your life into one that you envision, not the one you are living today. in y master your migraine program is 6 months in length. in the program, we focus on building your foundation by assessing your values and priorities in 8 dimensions of wellness then developing goals in all dimensions. next, we will assess on your triggers and symptoms and classify the type of migraine that you are having. this part will be introduced early in the program, but assimilation of the information and classifying your migraines will come after we build your foundation. finally, we will review alternative approaches to treat your migraines in conjunction with your prescription protocol. this will help in decreasing intensity, duration, and frequency of your migraines.
