balderton is europe's leading venture capital fund focused on early-stage investments. we have a team with deep operational experience and international scope - we have founded companies; grown companies from one to thousands of employees; taken companies public in the us and in europe; and bought, sold and merged companies. we have gone through great times and through tough times and we hope we have learned much along the way. we also have significant resources to back our entrepreneurs over the long term - we manage approx us$2.2bn in committed venture capital, and our most recent fund, balderton v, was raised in january 2014.
