Balls Activating Literacy and Leadership (Ball Africa)

our goal is to increase africa’s education coefficient using the power of sports to promote literacy while mentoring and providing tools to build africa’s next community of social impact leaders especially those aspiring to pursue professional sports careers while also passively but deliberately growing the sports value chain and eco-system in africa. our key element is to work and partner with schools and local communities to introduce sports to kids through a sports mentorship tours; using unique successful individuals as role models, free equipment drives for kids, organizing trainings and workshops for teachers and coaches, rehabilitating and building infrastructure needed for proper teaching and learning. we also organize summer camps and clinics, raise scholarship funds, seek local and international partnerships with schools help kids harness their talent and organize educational and sports competitions for elementary schools an and junior high school with a priority for girls
