we are young, foodie-farmers and we’re passionate about maintaining small, rural farms while promoting real, farm fresh and local irish food. we want to share the high quality, real, fresh food that we harvest from our farm with as many people as possible so we’ve decided to bring our products to market. first up, our handcrafted sheep’s milk ice-cream-the first #sheepmilkicecream on the retail market in ireland. our small batch ice-cream is made on our family farm in the glen-of-imaal in the heart of the wicklow mountains using milk from our own milking flock and is flavoured by the finest, freshest and local (where possible) ingredients. just to let you know, we chose sheep’s milk specifically as it’s delicious (first and foremost) and as it’s currently growing in popularity due to the many, many benefits that it has above both cow’s milk and goat’s milk. we’ve listed just some of these below for reference: • higher nutritional value than cow's milk or goat's milk (including higher
