founded in 2004 as a cc and converted into a (pty) ltd in 2018, bamboo rock is a multi-disciplinary construction company in the energy sector providing civil and electrical infrastructure solutions with the in-house expertise and experience to manage/ procure/ execute and commission distribution and transmission substation projects from 11 to 400kv throughout southern africa and neighbouring countries. bamboo rock’s inception was under the genesis construction umbrella as a business development venture who grew over the past 14 years into a leading energy partner for eskom/ municipalities / mines and (epc) contractors with a group of highly experienced technical professionals and construction teams. we can say with ease that our teams have been involved in more than 300 successfully completed projects since inception.
