baoba-na is a us based operating foundation that serves as the international arm of the baoba fund racial equity headquartered in recife, brazil. we exist to strengthen civil society organizations, the youth movement, social entrepreneurship, and social justice philanthropy in afro-brazilian and other african diasporic communities in the global south. we bring donors, activists, entrepreneurs and leaders together for vital dialogue, mutual learning, and collaborative action that focuses on achieving racial equity and expands equal opportunity and participation in civil society for african diasporic communities in brazil and throughout the americas.
