we are a community benefit organisation that works to provide care and support services across the aged care, disability and mental health sectors. at the heart of everything we do is one simple principle: we care about people. it was this conviction that prompted members of the baptist family of churches, concerned with the lack of accommodation and nursing facilities for the aged, to establish baptistcare over 40 years ago. since then, baptistcare has grown to encompass 20 service locations and 14 aged care residential facilities across metropolitan perth and regional western australia. today our quality care is provided by over 1600 skilled and professional employees and more than 250 volunteers who are all dedicated to transforming and enriching the lives of the people we care for.
