Bar Bar

we strive to be "bar" ("wild" in hebrew). we are finalizing an energy bar that is as filling and savory as a hearty meal. we believe in sourcing vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free ingredients that unleash the body's power. we love making the world a better place and seek the incredible within the ordinary. we strive to provide the public with a bar that is truly healthy. we are triathlete, backpacking, weight-lifting college students who lived in a world void of "real food" snack options. conventional snacks teased the appetite, limited cognitive performance, and wrecked the body. we were forced to choose between quality and convenience: quality meant packing cumbersome containers and convenience meant junk food. so we innovated, creating a bar with the umami and nutrition of real food. alongside family and friends, we are refining our recipes, cultivating relationships with our community, and preparing for launch.
