the backing ag raising youth (bar-y) organization was formed by a handful of families to support youth in agriculture in the state of texas, primarily in guadalulpe county. we provide support by raising funds and providing a conduit for individuals and businesses to support local area ffa/4-h exhibitors at youth show auctions. the group will hold it's 1st annual fundraiser on january 14, 2012. the fundraiser will be a "stock show kick-off dance" at the schertz kc hall located at 509 schertz parkway. the dance will have a live band, all you can eat bbq, silent and live auctions. advanced tickets are $30, ticket will sold at $40 at the door. for more details, visit our website at www.bar-y.org or call us at 210-724-1239. find us on facebook at www.facebook.com/barygroup.
