romanian barbecue association was established in 2014, as a private non-profit organization with the following missions: - promote the barbecue as a safe and healthy method for food preparation - promote the barbecue as a social event where the family and friends gather around to celebrate life and well being - collaborate with public and private institutions in the field of education, environment, agriculture, tourism and catering to improve the standards of food preparation - provide educational support for the association’s members, experts, and the general public about the practice of barbecuing - promote public initiatives with great impact on association's activities and gastronomy - organize national barbecue competitions licensed by wbqa - publish the barbecue magazine - host the romanian barbecue team for international contests and events
