barbell crossfit is a garage gym in every sense of the word. we have wod classes as well as personal training and nutritional consultation. our head coach has worked out of 4 crossfit gyms in the bay area over a span of more than 5 years coaching hundreds of athletes of all ability and age levels. this has included wod coaching, sports performance courses, skill seminars, mobility and rehab, and customized nutrition plans focused on fat loss, general health and lean muscle gain.
