barbelle beauty fitness training studio is not your average "studio" or "fitness class". yes, it may look a little "girly" in here, but trust me, we train hard, we sweat, we lift, we grunt, we scream... and we do it with grace. there ain't no cryin' here. barbelle beauty fitness strives to educate, empower, support, encourage and celebrate the community of women & men who currently train in muscular strength, muscular endurance, and muscular hypertrophy (bodybuilding), as well as newcomers to the sport who want to improve their bodies by learning the fundamentals of weight-lifting. i offer one on one personal training and nutrition coaching, as well as small group personal training. stay tuned to keep up with updates of class schedules! my priority is to offer services which help women and men of all ages and fitness levels improve and add to their muscular training knowledge, and for newcomers to learn how they can improve their bodies by lifting weights.
