our founder and ceo jennifer barber started this company in 2016 with the goal of helping companies and brands reach their next step and subsequently their business goals. with a background in apparel manufacturing management from fidm and over eight years of experience in managing multi-million dollar companies, it was her goal to do what others seemed unwilling to do: "help the little guy". consulting firms in my experience tend to focus on working with companies that have a big budget for hiring a firm. however, we believe our future is not only with those bigger companies. it also lies within the smaller brand and companies that are working toward their own american dream.
