barcelona mentoring has been created with the purpose of professionalizing the mentoring service through three lines of action: * training: training and regulated practice -on-line and on-line- to obtain official certification, as well as, tailor-made training for specific groups. * tutoring service: once the objectives of the part that require the mentoring service are identified, they present a selection of mentors / such as proven experience and with specific training, they watch over the good course of the mentoring process - with the additional support software and evaluate the results at the end of the process. * design, implementation, coordination, supervision and evaluation of mentoring programs in companies, organizations or institutions.
