barnett property group is a privately owned independent property company, incorporating private rental accommodation, development, maintenance, and life on the water. the company was established by jamie barnett and nicola cadwallader in 2008 before formalising into the barnett property group in 2015. initially focused on student accommodation, it soon progressed to other areas of the private rental sector including serviced accommodation, private residential and commercial. today the group holds and manages portfolio across the midlands. in 2013 the company undertook its first refurbishment project in birmingham and has since completed a number of residential (conversion and development), student accommodation and care schemes across the uk.
