barnum counseling is a private counseling/therapy practice with two convenient locations: saint charles, il and naperville, il. our friendly, inclusive practice offers support, skills and tools to help individuals, couples and families build the life they want and deserve. our therapists offer psychotherapy sessions for individuals ages 10 and up. we offer support and guidance to those suffering with anxiety, depression and mood disorders, stress, trauma, grief and loss, relationship conflict, low worth, and emotional challenges. we also support those going through difficult life transitions. we use evidence-based strategies and work with individuals with unique stories and diverse backgrounds. we accept most major insurance and offer sliding scale options to those experiencing financial hardship. as a bonus, we also offer group therapy, which supplements the important work we do during individual sessions.
