you are welcome to come along to a session or two to have a taster to see if it's for you. just make yourself known to mick, sue or julie (ask anyone) at the start of the run and we will look after you. we meet at 7pm on tuesdays for a run of about 1hr and on thursdays for an interval session. for the longer run on tuesday we have a pacing groups from 6:30 through to 10:30 min per mile so you should be able to find someone to run with although the slowest group tend to cover ~5 miles so you may want to start with some thursday sessions, until you're confident you can run for ~1hr.
