bts is a full-service platform that provides operational, strategic and tactical support to youth basketball programs, the majority of which are sponsored by nba players. in order to ensure profitability and success, bts provides consulting services, business metrics-driven marketing and execution tools, an extensive resource library of several hundred documents that cover the full spectrum of running a profitable operation as well as onstructing and training the critical management team at each location. a center of excellence has been created in st. louis which serves as both the model and headquarters for bts and is responsible for cultivating our trademark bts staff excellence. training includes ongoing evaluation and feedback to acquire specific skills and strength and conditioning protocols to best fit each player’s needs.
