basl was founded in 2020. basl is a management consultancy specializing in project management and business or process & data analysis in the banking and fund industries. in addition to these two sectors, however, the experience is also applicable to many other business sectors such as insurance, healthcare or economic. the constantly changing regulatory requirements and the challenges in the areas of reporting, automation and outsourcing are just a few of the well-known topics that make work-related ideals and professional demands suddenly appear dysfunctional. in all the years in which i have worked as a manager, project manager & business analyst, i have followed this development and constantly tried to compensate the imbalance by restructuring & optimizing the processes, adapting the system landscape and to attach great importance to training and further education of employees. special topics such as artificial intelligence or machine learning will also increasingly affect the fin
