as a private equity firm, bayberry is continuously looking for new investments. our primary focus is micro-cap companies (i.e. companies with a market cap below $300 million) and either currently fully reporting or which intend to become so in the next six to twelve months. we especially like investing in companies where we can help the company grow and achieve a higher valuation. we will consider investments of up to $10 million, including those that do not fit one of our criteria if we think there are factors that make it a good fit for our company and our current portfolio. bayberry also provides value-added services to our portfolio companies including some services through partners or affiliated companies.
