we are bb consult, a management company designed to meet the needs of small businesses run and owned by passionate and dedicated women. our goal is to help women entrepreneurs in montreal start and/or grow their businesses. running a business, especially a small business, can be very stressful and challenging. we know this first hand, having grown up in a family run business. we have experienced the ups and downs that come with owning a business. many times it would have been nice to have access to outside management consulting but it was either too expensive and/or too complex. it is for this reason that we decided to start bb consult: to provide management consulting that is affordable, personal, straightforward and realistic. in addition to offering an alternative management consulting services, it is our goal to help women become empowered leaders and have successful businesses. ladies! let us help you build your business one question at a time. examples of what we can help you wit
