family grief + engaged couples + young adults i help families who are ready to talk about “that” hard thing feel heard, seen, and not so alone. oftentimes, the families i work with have lost a loved one years back and have avoided talking about that loss. in my work with families, i prioritize attachment-based techniques grounded in experiential family therapy. through this work, we will explore without shame what you would like your relationships to be like- and work to foster deeper connection within your family or parent/child relationship. with a master’s training focused on couples and family therapy, i bring curiosity and empathy to our sessions, admiring the resilience it takes on a daily basis to be a parent, someone’s child, or a sibling.
