from the moment you walk through our doors, you are welcomed into an atmosphere of soothing mindfulness and healing. you are invited to relax as you are greeted by our warm and welcoming staff. you are offered a space to be supported and empowered by the community of providers and teachers that await you. since 2018, be embodied, llc, has chosen to build a new paradigm. today, we continue to cultivate a radically different approach to the provision of mental, physical, and spiritual health by having them all under one roof. we are a thoughtfully designed, communal working space, dedicated to supporting private practitioners, making trauma informed yoga accessible and hosting holistic health and wellness-based activities. our goal is to give you all of the resources in one space to live embodied. check out the wide array of services our teachers and providers offer to get started on your journey. you can find everything from mental health counseling to yoga to reiki in our space. to m
