who are be intentional? based in southwest london, be intentional ltd is a not for profit charitable organisation that was born out of a real desire to inspire people to be more deliberate with simple daily acts of kindness – which in turn really impacts and really can change lives. so many of us have “good intentions” – every day we say or think about things we’d like to do for others who are going through a challenging time – “if i had more money, i would help the poor, the hungry, the homeless”, “if i had more time i would volunteer”. being intentional does not have to be expensive or time consuming. it doesn’t mean giving anything up. being intentional is about making small, positive, and conscious decisions to change something for someone for the better! small changes like- “intentionally” carrying cash in our wallets (despite us fast becoming a cashless society) so when we meet someone who needs help, we are ready to give. “intentionally” asking someone if they are ok, or
