i am tim colijn & i believe that people are key in the success of your organization. leadership is my way of aligning people with their own goals and aspirations, and with the goals & business targets of your organization. i facilitate organizations, teams and leaders in change, development, growth or in setting up a project. my background in both economics and psychology helps me understand the relationship between your business and your people. they are two sides of the same coin, you can study them separately but they are not independent of each other.
